My Virtual Worker was started by Some Senior Project Managers with excellent technical and Managerial Abilities under the Guidance of our Founder Deepak Kumar. My Virtual Worker was established in 2006, Initially it was part of www.dcmipune.com a Sole Proprietorship Firm into Computer Education for last 15 Years owned by our Now CFO. In 2008 We Launched Separate Web Presence Initiatives to make it to the next level by partnering with Wiki Ocean (Leading FOSS and ERP Experts in India). We operate from state of the art Development Centers in Pune and Dhanbad, India. Our Expertise revolves around Application and Product Development using core technologies like PHP, Java, Dot Net. We Also have a top notch team for Mobile Application(s) Development. We are Registered under Partnership Act 1932 in Pune,MH,India as a Partnership Firm of limited liability. My Virtual Worker is also a Trade Mark as of 8th June this year.
Our Founder Deepak Brings with him a blend of Marketing Career with the likes of HSBC, eGain, Clarion Technologies, QED Baton and an everlasting desire to run ahead of technology acts as backbone and inspirational support to our Employees. His People Management skills ensured successful retention of most of the programmers associated with him over the last few years as Dedicated Programmers now working for My Virtual Worker, Pune, Dhanbad. Deepak was not happy with the fact that freelancers were not really treating customers fairly and that is when he decided to start his own Firm to be able to provide Enterprise Level Support to SMBs however at the cost of freelancers.
